Camp Cachalot

Camp Cachalot encompasses 880 acres surrounding beautiful Five Mile Pond and adjacent to Myles Standish State Forest. A year round resident Ranger takes care of the maintenance and development of our property. Strict standards regarding health, safety, and cleanliness are maintained, and Camp Cachalot is accredited by the Boy Scouts of America and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Responsibility for the camp operation lies with a nationally certified Reservation Director, and all Key Staff are certified in their respective area of expertise and responsibility. Our Staff is carefully selected and reflects the principles of dedication established throughout the Scouting Program. A fulltime health care provider is always on duty at our Health Lodge.
